TERMS OF SERVICE
- A Non-refundable Deposit of $75.00 will be due upon booking your event (50% Deposit required when booking a party with more than 15 guests). Your date will not be confirmed until your check is received. We will hold your date for 14 days from the date of your reservation. Please note that your date will become available to other clients after 14 days if your deposit is not received.
- A contract will be sent to you upon booking your party date. Please sign it, and return it with your check or money order for your deposit immediately. The remaining balance for your party is due in CASH upon arrival at your party. Tips for coordinators who provide optimal service are always welcomed, but not required.
- A travel fee of $10.00 will be added for parties that are more than 30 minutes driving time outside our local area. A travel fee of $25.00 will be added to parties that are up to 45 minutes driving time outside our local area. Distances that are 45 minutes to just under 1 hour out of our local area will require a $40.00 additional charge. Any parties that are 1hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes driving time from our local area will require a $55.00 additional charge. Drama Mama Magical Theme Parties, LLC reserves the right to decline parties that are too far outside our local area, even when client is willing to pay the additional fee. We also reserve the right to reschedule parties due to inclement weather when we feel traveling and transporting party materials could be difficult or hazardous.
- In the event that you need to reschedule your party, we will do our best to provide you with an alternate date that is acceptable. In this instance, we will try our best to accommodate your preferences, although, your date will be subject to availability. If your party is completely cancelled your deposit will not be refunded.
- There are no refunds for guests who become ill or do not show up the date of the party. Contracted party price is fixed to cover costs of supplies and activities. It is not negotiable day of service, a $20 dollar fee will be added for each guest added to our 10 guest package, unless a different package has been purchased and contracted in writing prior to party date. Parties are priced per package for up to 10 guests, therefore, there will not be any discounts given if your final guest count is below 10.
- Drama Mama party coordinators will arrive at your location between one to two 1/2 hours before your event, depending on the party theme package and upgrades you choose. The party will last for 2 hours. We will require at least ½ hour for clean-up at the conclusion of the party. This would be a good time for you step in and coordinate gift opening for your child. If you would like one of your party coordinators to oversee gift opening, there will be an additional $30.00 charge for this service.
- Drama Mama Magical Theme Parties, LLC parties do not include food. However, you can add-on Cookie Chefs cookies or cupcakes for an additional cost. We will try our best to coordinate delivery for your party if you are in our local area. We we will serve your food, and cake the last 25-30 minutes of your party, if that is your preference. In the event that there are any children with allergies to foods or other products, it is your responsibility to notify our party coordinators before the party begins.
- Invitations can be added to your package for a an additional cost. The cost of invitations will vary according to style chosen. We also offer a complete invitation preparation service which includes addressing, postage stamping, and mailing your invitations for an additional fee added to the cost of your invitations. Guest list must be provided along with addresses approximately 4 weeks before your party for this service to be utilized.
- Many of our parties will include make-up. If you do not wish to have your child apply make-up at their party, please let us know. All make-up will be individually packaged for each guest and will be taken home as favors. There will be no sharing of applicators or reused cosmetics for sanitary reasons.
- Please advise female party guests to wear comfortable clothes such as leggings and cami’s for parties that include dress-up. Guests should understand that they should NOT remove any of their clothing, dress-up costume items and accessories should be put on over their clothing. We require that client remains on-site to assist in supervising dress-up activities.
- In order for us to conduct a fun and safe party, we will ask that you provide us with a (Pet Free) area with a large table and chairs to seat your guests, as well as an area for us to set up a supply table. We will also need an area large enough for games, and dress-up time with a space large enough to accommodate a large rolling clothes rack, trunk, runway, and possibly a stand-up mirror. Please designate a separate area for siblings and parents.
- If you would like us to bring a large buffet table and chairs for your guests, you must request them at time of booking and an additional fee will added to your contract and final bill. The cost for us to bring a large table is $25.00, and the cost for us to supply 10 folding chairs for your party is $25.00.These items are subject to availability, and may not be available for your party. Please inquire at time of booking.
- Please accommodate us; we will require a parking space in a driveway or with easy access to the party. We will have a lot of heavy supplies to bring into your party.
- Please advise your guests to arrive on time. We can only wait five minutes after your designated party time to begin. If you request for us to wait longer, either activities will have to be cut from your party or you will have to pay a $50.00 charge for an extra half hour of party time. On many occasions our party coordinators will not be able to extend the party duration due to the nature of their schedules. We will make an effort to accommodate, but it is not always possible.
- Drama Mama Magical Theme Parties, LLC. offers additional party favors, gifts, and theme related merchandise as custom add-ons to your party. Please click on Boutique Shop on our home page to view available merchandise. We will bring these items with us to your party, and payment is required in CASH upon arrival at your party for you to receive the merchandise you ordered. All merchandise is non-refundable.
- Every party includes a tote bag (sizes may vary) for each guest to take home.
- All party supplies and merchandise are subject to availability. We will supply similar items in the case of unavailability, unless you have requested differently.
- Clients are accountable for any merchandise that is destroyed or is not returned by party guests. Please make sure all merchandise is returned when it is collected by party attendants.
- Drama Mama Magical Theme Parties, LLC assumes no liability for any damage resulting from decorating requested by clients. Party Attendants will advise you of options available for theme party decorating, as well as the options for decorating mechanisms that could be used (ex. sticky tack, push pins, 3M Hooks). If client provides approval to hang decorations, client assumes responsibility for any nicks or holes that could result on walls or ceilings.
